I have developed a course about resilience to help people who feel like their in a hard place. Have a look at the preview to get a taste of what is to come when I launch the full course for Purple May!


This course is beneficial to those who have chronic illness or are supporting someone with chronic illness and want to learn the skills for being resilient. This course is broken into three topics.

  • Your physical responses to resilience

  • Your emotional responses to resilience

  • Your spiritual responses to resilience

During this course you will:

  • Explore different definitions of resilience in a health context

  • Learn how resilience can be applied in day to day living
