Being diagnosed with a chronic illness is hard to hear, but being diagnosed is different from accepting the illness you have. Your diagnoses affects anyone both psychologically and physically.
My story begins when I was first diagnosed in 2002 at 12 years old. But I was 26, in 2016 when I finally accepted I had chronic illness and I will have it the rest of my life. I accepted not that I was not defeated, but I needed to re think what was/is important in my life. Will I continue to fight against myself? or will I work with it? I finally chose to work with it, and take having chronic illness as an advantage to use my knowledge to inspire others who have or has just been diagnose. To read all of my illnesses head over to,
